Our lead trial attorney William D. Shapiro, is a former legal assistant professor in torts, product liability and legal ethics. He is a frequent speaker and instructor on the topics of trial, discovery and other topics relating to trial and personal injury law. Admitted to the bar in 1979, William D. Shapiro brings nearly 30 years of trial experience to cases involving car and truck accidents, government liability in traffic accidents, product liability, construction site accidents, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith.

William Shapiro is currently President Elect of the Inland Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, President Elect of the San Bernardino County Bar Association, Past President of the Joseph B. Campbell Chapter Inn’s of Court, Past President of the Inland Counties Trial Lawyers Association and has been recognized for his trial experience in both Personal Injury and Insurance Bad Faith litigation by the California Trial Lawyers Association. In 1994, he was invited and has been in the American Board of Trial Advocates as well as being a member of the National Board of Trial Advocates. In 2006, the editors of “Inland Empire Magazine” named William Shapiro as one of the Inland Empires premier lawyers for personal injury and wrongful death after which in 2007, the publishers of the “Los Angeles Magazine,” included him as one of California’s,“Superlawyers.” For many years, Mr. Shapiro has been designated one of America’s, “Preeminent Lawyers” as well as enjoying the highest possible rating of “A-V” both by the editors of Martindale Hubbell.
